Either manage your sins or pursue God- Pick one. For the longest time I would try to do both. I felt the pressure to be pure and focus on not sinning. I found it to be exhausting and time consuming. In fact, even now if I let it, it can take up a lot of my time and thought.

Sin is a weakness. Pursuing God is a strength. I should focus on my strengths not my weakness. So, I’m deciding to focus on pursuing God and His presence.

Only his power is “able to keep you from stumbling and to present you before his glorious presence without fault and with great joy”-…

I spent a lot of my early childhood struggling with fear of the dark. I was a scared of the dark. I would always have crazy dreams after seeing any Scfy movie. The good thing is that I grew out of it –being scared of the dark that is, but not the fear. It still lingers.

It’s just that my fears (demons) have matured. The question is, “have I?”
