NAEEMFAZAL

I love people. I really do –especially getting to know new people.  I love getting to know people’s story, history, where they have come from and how they got here.

‘Why’ is it so important to push through this? Why should we face the music and deal with the issue, have the hard conversation and keep going.

Why should we figure out a way to solve the problem? We should explore if this is a personality or a process issue.
